PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partner Stephanie E. Sanderson-Braem has been elected president of the Philadelphia Estate Planning Council (PEPC) Board of Directors for a one-year term, which took effect Aug. 1, 2023. Sanderson-Braem has held various leadership positions on the board of PEPC, most recently serving as vice president and formerly acting as treasurer, secretary and co-chair of the women’s initiative committee.
PEPC is one of the oldest and largest estate planning councils in the country and is a highly recognized interdisciplinary organization with attorneys, accountants, trust administrators, financial planners, insurance agents, investment advisers and appraisers throughout the Greater Philadelphia area. The organization’s mission is to advocate and assist in spreading knowledge concerning estate planning, support proper ethical standards, help members render the highest type of service to clients and customers and aid and improve the process of careful estate planning.
With over 20 years of experience in estate and tax planning, Sanderson-Braem represents single individuals, families with young children, families preparing for retirement, families having a child with special needs, closely held business owners, doctors, CEOs and fiduciaries managing all aspects of trust and estate administration.
She is an active member of the Greater Philadelphia Community, serving on the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce Southern New Jersey and the Catholic Partnership Schools. She also serves on the Gift Planning Advisory Council of Pennsylvania State University. She is an active member of the Estate and Financial Planning Council of Southern New Jersey and the Philadelphia Bar Association, Probate and Trust Law Section.
