Peter Bogdasarian is a partner who focuses his practice on general litigation matters and is a member of the firm’s securities litigation and enforcement and white-collar defense practices. He has experience with inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, other federal and state agencies, and self-regulatory organizations. He also conducts internal investigations designed to advise and assist companies in preventing or responding to regulatory actions. As chair of the firm’s e-discovery team, Peter supports the firm’s litigation practice by providing advice on complex discovery matters and by advising clients on e-discovery best practices, emerging technologies and trends.
Peter serves as the firm’s chief privacy officer and is responsible for protecting the firm’s data – including information received from our clients – from unauthorized access. He also counsels clients in connection with data privacy and cybersecurity-related issues.
