PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel Peter Bogdasarian spoke at DC Bar Association’s “Off the Record” luncheon on May 1 in Washington, DC. Bogdasarian presented with Natalie Orpett, attorney at Jenner & Block, on the “Practical Considerations of E-Discovery in Responding to a Subpoena,” which discussed regulatory inquiries during government investigations, DC-specific rules and/or best practices related to e-discovery in response to a subpoena, and the use of technology to properly implement litigation holds, preservation orders, document collections, and the review and production of materials to regulators.
Bogdasarian is chair of the firm’s e-discovery team. He focuses his practice on general litigation matters and is a member of the firm’s securities litigation and enforcement and white-collar practice groups. Bogdasarian possesses extensive experience with inquiries, investigations and enforcement actions initiated by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, other federal and state agencies, and self-regulatory organizations. He also conducts internal investigations designed to advise and assist companies in preventing or responding to regulatory actions.
