PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Francis X. Manning served as the moderator for the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey’s event, “Make New Jersey Competitive: The Future of the ACA & Health Care.” Manning moderated a panel of key stakeholders in the health care industry, who discussed the future of the Affordable Care Act, what has worked and what has not worked.
Manning, partner-in-charge of Stradley Ronon’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey, office, represents businesses and their owners and executives in a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters. He advocates for insurers, financial services companies and manufacturers in cases involving health care and ERISA claims, lending and investment disputes, employment claims and wrongful death, and in enforcement actions by state and federal agencies. He is a member of the executive committee and the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey.
