PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Samuel J. Arena Jr. served as a moderator for The Fidelity & Surety Law 2018 MidWinter Fidelity Law Conference—Cyber and Technology Risks for the 21st Century—on Jan. 26 in Washington, DC. Arena’s panel of experienced insurance company claims counsel addressed “Challenges and Changes for the Industry” and discussed developments in cybercrime and technology from a claims perspective. Arena and his panel also offered observations on the types of claims and challenges insurers can expect to see and face going forward, and explored innovative strategies for claims resolution.
