PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Francis X. Manning served as a moderator at the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey event, “Make New Jersey Competitive: The Future of Health Care,” on March 12. Manning moderated a panel of key stakeholders who discussed the issues surrounding access to quality and affordable health care, and trends, opportunities and challenges to providing and improving care in an ever changing environment.
Manning, partner-in-charge of Stradley Ronon’s Cherry Hill, New Jersey, office, represents businesses and their owners and executives in a wide range of commercial and regulatory matters. He advocates for insurers, financial services companies and manufacturers in cases involving health care and ERISA claims, lending and investment disputes, employment claims and wrongful death, and in enforcement actions by state and federal agencies. He is a member of the executive committee and the board of directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey
