Andrew S. Levine served as a panelist at the Perrin Conferences: Environmental Risk & Litigation Conference on June 19. The presentation, “Climate Risk & ESG Standards: The Intersection of Environmental Regulation and Corporate Disclosure,” covered the rise of environmental, social and governance (ESG) standards, ESG overseas, the Biden administration’s climate plan, SEC and corporate disclosure considerations, environmental justice and risk, ESG’s impact on real estate, M&A, bankruptcy and other assets, and the impact of the evolving regulatory landscape on companies, investors and insurers. Levine presented the session, entitled, “ESG is NOT a Verb.”
