PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Catherine M. Ward served as a panelist at the 59th Annual Meeting of the National Diocesan Attorneys Association on April 23. Ward’s presentation, “Creative Uses of Real Estate,” included case studies demonstrating how religious communities and churches have leveraged under-utilized or obsolete real estate to achieve goals important to their future.
Ward is the co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s environmental practice group. Her practice involves advising industrial clients, developers and municipalities on regulatory compliance and redevelopment projects, identifying public funding opportunities and assisting with remediation strategies. Ward is a past chair of the Environmental Section of the New Jersey State Bar Association and serves as board chair of the Wynnefield Overbrook Redevelopment Corporation, which is affiliated with Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia. She was the 2019 recipient of the Touchstone Award from the Society of Women Environmental Professionals (Philadelphia chapter) for her contributions to the profession.
