Fund Directions spoke with partner and co-chair of the firm’s investment management department Sara Crovitz about the future of ESG regulation under a new administration.
“We would expect and hope that the new administration would be paying much more attention to materiality and actual investor harm in the enforcement program,” Sara told the publication. “At the same time, I think that if they see greenwashing in ways that they think is harmful to investors, I could see them continuing to have that be part of the enforcement program.”
