PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce Attorney Daniel Pereira served as a panelist at the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference’s panel presentation, “In Pari Delicto and Imputation Doctrines,” hosted on Nov. 9 by Stradley Ronon at the firm’s Philadelphia office. In addition to Mr. Pereira, the panel included Michael B. Schaedle from Blank Rome LLP and Jeffrey S. Cianciulli from Weir Greenblatt Pierce LLP. The panelists examined the in pari delicto and imputation doctrines and their differing applications in various jurisdictions. Specifically, the panel discussed various state court approaches to the doctrines in the auditor liability context with a particular focus on Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and New York decisions.
Pereira concentrates his practice on litigation and transactional matters with a focus on advising clients on commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights issues. He has experience in cross-border insolvency and restructuring proceedings. Pereira also has experience advising commercial lenders in loan enforcement matters, including workouts and foreclosures.
