PHILADELPHIA — Stradley Ronon associate Chelsea Biemiller participated in “Unlocking the Power of We: Building a Safe & Inclusive Workplace,” an event hosted by the Society of Professional Women on January 31 in Malvern, Pennsylvania. The discussion covered psychological safety in the workplace and its impact on workplace culture, individual well-being and team performance.
During the event, Chelsea offered introductory remarks on working with employers to ensure their employees can safely report concerns related to harassment or misconduct and how to cultivate a culture that promotes open communication in the workplace. Other presenters included officers from the Radnor Township Police Department and human resources professionals.
The Society of Professional Women, a program of The Main Line Chamber of Commerce, provides a forum for professional women to network and build leadership skills. Stradley Ronon is a sponsor for the women’s networking organization, and partner Tara Walsh and associate Rachel Hall serve on its advisory council.
Chelsea focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, representing corporate and institutional clients in a wide variety of business litigation matters, including construction, employment and labor, educational issues, civil rights and state government litigation.
