NEW YORK — Stradley Ronon was recognized by the Nassau County Bar Association at the 2024 Access to Justice Pro Bono Recognition Dinner on March 5 in Mineola, New York. The event celebrated providers of exemplary pro bono legal services to the community in furtherance of access to justice. The firm was honored for the longtime commitment provided to Nassau Suffolk Law Services (NSLS) by associate Jeremy Miller.
For almost a decade, Jeremy has volunteered with NSLS, one of the largest providers of free civil legal services in New York. He began assisting NSLS with pro bono cases as a law student and now works with the nonprofit’s Community Legal Help Project, which provides information sessions on free legal services for low-income residents of Nassau County.
Jeremy is a member of the firm’s corporate and securities practice and counsels investors, entrepreneurs and public and private companies in all aspects of their business needs. He represents established and emerging businesses on general corporate, transactional and securities law matters.
