PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon partners Steve Scolari and Kenneth Wang took part in a presentation at the Smart Business Dealmakers Conference on September 12 at the Union League.
Steve moderated the panel “Navigating Tax-Deferred Equity Rollovers.” Ken joined a panel of industry professionals that discussed legal, business and tax considerations of tax-deferred equity rollovers in M&A transactions, specifically with private equity-backed buyers.
Steve serves as co-chair of the firm’s closely held and family owned businesses practice, and provides practical and strategic legal and business advice to executives and owners of both private and public businesses in connection with a variety of transactional matters.
Kenneth is co-chair of the firm’s tax practice and uses his many years of experience in both private practice and in-house tax departments to counsel clients on all aspects of U.S. tax law.
