Geena Marzouca practices on a team that advises investment management clients on a wide range of legal, regulatory and transactional matters. She has experience drafting and reviewing registration statements and regulatory filings and helps to research various corporate and securities law issues.
Geena received her J.D., magna cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law, and served as senior staff editor for the American University Law Review. While in law school, she worked as a judicial intern for the Hon. Ellen Venzer of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and served as student honors legal intern for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission in the Office of Compliance, Inspections and Examinations. Geena was a member of the summer associate class at Stradley Ronon and most recently worked at an accounting firm summarizing recent tax law cases for CPAs.
Geena holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in Public Health with a minor in Classical Civilization from the University of Miami.
