PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Keith R. Dutill served as a moderator at Institutional Investors Forums Litigation & Governance Trends for Asset Management Firms Conference on April 30 in Chicago. Dutill’s panel, “How are Institutional Investors Coping with the Growing Global Litigation Challenge?” examined how different investors are addressing challenges, including best practices in dealing with litigation, identifying, hiring, and monitoring outside counsel, developing litigation policies, and using third parties for tracking and monitoring shareholder litigation.
Dutill is a trial lawyer with a national practice focused on high stakes litigation including securities fraud, investment management and intellectual property disputes. He has tried more than 50 cases to verdict or final award and has successfully defended both public and private companies in jury trials involving claims ranging from antitrust violations to theft of trade secrets. Dutill has substantial experience representing mutual fund complexes in securities-related litigation.
