“The most exciting aspect is the opportunity to shape culture, have influence, and have a voice. I didn’t have a role model like me when I started my career. For me, being an example for those coming up behind me is another exciting part. That’s also the most stressful part in a way, since more eyes are on me,” Esther told the publication.
