PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Joe Kelleher served as a panelist at ICI’s General Membership Meeting on May 2 in Washington, D.C. The panel, “How Are Institutional Investors Coping with the Growing Global Litigation Challenge?” discussed how mutual funds and their advisers are navigating the challenges associated with the increasing number of investor recovery actions in the U.S. and abroad, including the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices for identifying, evaluating, and managing such cases.
Kelleher is co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s investment management litigation practice group. He represents and counsels registered investment companies and their boards, investment advisers, private funds, and institutional investors with respect to a wide variety of litigation matters. Kelleher routinely advises the world’s largest mutual fund complexes regarding securities fraud opt-out litigation in the U.S. and investor recovery actions overseas.
