Deborah Hong moderated the Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth’s (ACG) virtual event “DEI Roundtable: Achieving Success as a Diverse Dealmaker” on April 21. The program featured senior professionals from private equity, investment banking, lending, strategic acquisitions, accounting and legal industry who shared personal insights, experiences, concerns, and hurdles in building and navigating their careers as racially and ethnically diverse professionals.
Hong focuses her practice on corporate transactions, including
mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings and reorganizations. Her clients include a number of privately owned, middle-market companies as well as publicly held companies in the technology, media, retail, investment management and manufacturing sectors.
