PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partner Kenneth Wang served as a panelist at the Philadelphia Bar Association’s CLE Webcast, “Tax Provisions in M&A Transactions.” Wang and other panelists discussed the implications of various tax provisions in M&A transactions. They highlighted tax provisions associated with transaction structuring, indemnities, representations and warranties, and covenants in equity and asset deals.
Based in the firm’s New York office, Wang is a partner in the firm’s tax department and centers his practice on all aspects of U.S. tax law, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships and joint ventures, fund formation, financing transactions, real estate transactions, business restructurings and reorganizations and international tax.
