Feldman presented at Association of International Certified Professional Accountants (AICPA) & The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) Forensic & Valuation Services Conference in Las Vegas on Nov. 14. The “Remote Investigation: Inside and Out” session featured Feldman and two other industry leaders, David Allen and David Zweighaft. Their panel discussed remote interviewing, online investigative practices, ethical standards, changes in risks emanating from an evolving hybrid workplace and more.
Feldman focuses his practice on companies and individuals accused of securities and commodities law violations, public corruption, business crimes and fraudulent practices by U.S. Attorneys’ Offices, States Attorneys General, District Attorneys’ Offices, the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. In criminal and regulatory matters, he works with broker-dealers, stockbrokers, hedge funds, investment advisors, corporate executives and whistleblowers, among others. He has extensive experience in public corruption investigations and prosecutions, art and cultural object-related crimes, healthcare fraud cases and cases arising under securities laws.
