PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Associate Allie L. Rice has joined the firm. Rice focuses her practice on secured and unsecured financing, including syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financings and asset-based and real estate loans for commercial banks, investment funds and public and private companies. She also has significant experience with venture debt financing.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Rice practiced in the finance group of a national law firm based in Washington, DC. During law school, Rice was the managing editor of operations of the Villanova Law Review. She also served as a judicial intern for Magistrate Judge David R. Strawbridge, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Rice graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and obtained her law degree from Villanova University. She is admitted to the District of Columbia Bar.
