PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Christopher W. Rosenbleeth has been appointed chair of the firm’s real estate practice group. In his new role, Rosenbleeth will oversee attorneys across the firm in areas including acquisitions, development and dispositions, leasing, real estate financing, private fund formation and governance, and real estate taxation.
Rosenbleeth regularly represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. He advises clients in connection with transformative projects in and around the City of Philadelphia, particularly in the Center City and University City sub-markets.
