PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Christopher W. Rosenbleeth was appointed to the Central Philadelphia Development Corporation board of directors on Jan. 23. CPDC is a non-profit, business leadership organization affiliated with and managed by the staff of the Center City District that serves as a vehicle for planning, advocacy and civic engagement for projects and initiatives that enhance the competitiveness and attractiveness of Center City.
Rosenbleeth is chair of Stradley Ronon’s Real Estate Practice Group. He represents banks and other lenders, equity investors, developers, real estate investment trusts (REITs), corporate clients, and strategic and financial investors in their real estate, finance and investment activities. Rosenbleeth advises clients in connection with projects in all parts of the country and, in particular, around the Greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
