A former partner at “Biglaw” firms and senior vice president and chief litigation counsel at CIT Group, Reperowitz uses her experience as in-house and law firm counsel to provide clients with pragmatic, business-minded advice and representation in all aspects of bankruptcy, business restructuring and commercial litigation matters.
