NEW YORK – Stradley Ronon partner Steven Feldman served as a panelist at the Practising Law Institute (PLI)’s annual Trial Evidence program on Oct. 30 in New York, a half-day event providing an overview of best practices and strategic considerations for handling evidence at trial.
During his session, Steve — a regular participant in the Trial Evidence program — and fellow panelists used their extensive knowledge of the Federal Rules of Evidence to provide analysis of evidentiary rules covering relevance, unfair prejudice, hearsay and other bad acts and propensity, among others.
As co-chair of the firm’s white-collar defense, internal investigations and corporate compliance practice, Steve utilizes his more than 25 years of experience in high-stakes litigation to represent companies and individuals accused of securities and commodities law violations, public corruption, business crimes and fraudulent practices by U.S. attorneys’ offices, states attorneys general, district attorneys’ offices, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
PLI is a nonprofit learning organization dedicated to keeping lawyers and other professionals at the forefront of knowledge and expertise.
