PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that Partners Jan M. Folena and Ashley Shapiro hosted a continuing legal education event on cryptocurrency and crypto enforcement at the firm’s Philadelphia office.
The session, co-hosted by the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Women’s White Collar Defense Association, addressed recent and developing civil and criminal enforcement matters and initiatives focusing on cryptocurrency and related digital assets. Participants also learned more about matters involving insider trading and cryptocurrency fraud. Additionally, various government initiatives and task forces currently in place to investigate and regulate cryptocurrencies were also discussed.
