Today’s workforce is truly multi-generational. There can be up to five different generations working together with each generation having its own work styles, skill sets, and way of communicating. The move to a remote work environment adds another layer of complexity to the situation. It is important to understand how people born into different generations communicate in order thrive in your career and become a leader in a multi-generational workplace.
