PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Kevin R. Boyle was appointed to the board of directors and executive committee of the Philadelphia Industrial Development Corporation. PIDC is a nonprofit organization founded by the City of Philadelphia and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce supporting business growth, revitalizing neighborhoods and the overall economy of Philadelphia.
Boyle is Stradley Ronon’s Financial Partner and a member of the firm’s seven-person Board of Directors and three-person management committee. He represents large and small companies, nonprofit and religious organizations, and individuals in business, real estate and banking matters. Boyle’s practice concentration includes mergers and acquisitions, real estate, corporate financing, public and private bond financing, and nonprofit and insurance-related matters.
