PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partners Joe N. Nguyen and Andrew K. Stutzman and Associate John Vassalotti presented at Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s Real Estate CLE on Dec. 7 in Philadelphia. Nguyen and Vassalotti presented, “Navigating the Minefield: Hot Issues in Mortgage Litigation and Compliance,” which discussed legal arguments frequently used by borrowers to challenge a mortgage lender’s standing to foreclose, as well as compliance with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s rules regarding mortgage servicing.
