PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman served as a panelist at the Annual Consumer Financial Services Conference of the Conference on Consumer Finance Law (CCFL) on Nov. 6 in Fort Worth, TX. The conference is an annual CLE conference sponsored by the Texas A&M Law School intended to address issues of current interest in consumer finance, and is designed for an audience of intermediate to advanced practitioners. The CCFL is governed by a committee comprised of lawyers from around the nation that specialize in those issues. Stutzman’s panel considered topics relating to the “Latest Developments in Mortgage Litigation and Compliance.”
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
