PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman spoke at the 2019 Mortgage Bankers Association National Mortgage Servicing Conference on Feb. 26 in Orlando, FL. The national conference brought together thousands of servicers of all backgrounds to consider trends and issues of importance to the mortgage servicing industry. Stutzman presented a discussion on collection issues relating to mortgage loan servicers, which was entitled, “FDCPA/State Licensing Issues and Flood Litigation.”
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
