Stutzman presented “Credit Reporting and FCRA” with the Chief Compliance Officer of Republic Bank at the 2019 Mortgage Bankers Association’s Regulatory Compliance Conference on Sept. 22 in Washington, D.C. The forum addressed recent cases that highlight the law and exemplify how compliance officers can address it in their organization. The conference addressed up-to-the-minute regulatory changes and developments that impact how mortgage companies do business.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the
financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters.
