PHILADELPHIA –
Andrew K. Stutzman, partner and co-chair of Stradley Ronon’s financial services litigation group, moderated a panel at the American Conference Institute Nation Forum on Residential Mortgage Regulatory Enforcement and Litigation on Oct. 30 in Dallas, Texas. The forum hosted key industry players who presented insight on the residential mortgage regulatory and litigation landscape. Stutzman’s panel, “The Borrower’s Perspective: Insights from the Plaintiffs’ Bar,” discussed the challenges and decision-making process of the plaintiffs’ attorneys.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the
financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
