Gniady served as a speaker for the Chamber of Commerce of Southern New Jersey’s Virtual Nonprofit Council, which took place on Dec. 3. Gniady discussed critical issues in nonprofit management and compliance critical to a successful organization in the new year.
Gniady helps nonprofit organizations of all sizes navigate complex legal issues while remaining true to their charitable missions. Her practice combines experience with both tax exemption issues and corporate matters.
