Kevin R. Boyle served as a panelist at Temple University Fox School of Business’ Board Leadership for Challenging Times Program on Dec. 12. Along with Sara Woods, the Executive Director of Philadelphia Futures, Boyle presented the third session of the program, entitled, “Managing the Executive Director: Selection, Supervision and Succession.” He discussed the dimensions of cultivating and managing a leadership team and, in particular, the keys to a successful relationship between the chair or president of a board of directors and the executive director.
Boyle, who currently serves as president of Philadelphia Futures’ board of directors, is a member of Stradley Ronon’s board of directors and management committee, and serves as the firm’s financial partner. He concentrates his practice on
mergers and acquisitions, financing,
real estate,
nonprofit and insurance-related matters. He represents large and small companies, nonprofit and religious organizations, and individuals in business, real estate and banking matters.
