PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce that
Michael Tang, a structured finance associate and member of the firm’s
business department, has been elected to the board of directors of RSVP. RSVP is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of vulnerable populations in the local greater Philadelphia community by focusing on education and wellness and supporting nonprofits through skill-based volunteer programs. RSVP’s 1,200 volunteers in Montgomery, Chester, Delaware Counties and Philadelphia, PA, serve over 11.000 community members each year.
Tang represents public and private companies on business and corporate transactional matters. His practice includes securitization, structured finance and general corporate work. Tang has taken on several leadership roles within and outside the firm. He serves as chair of the firm’s Asian Pacific American Resource Group and is a member of the firm’s Diversity Committee. Tang serves on the Board of Directors of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and received the 2021 “Bar Star” Award.
