PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce Partner and Vice Chair of the Business Department, Caroline C. Gorman, served as a panelist at the Association of Corporate Counsel’s Women Lawyers Summit, which was held on Nov. 16 in Conshohocken, Pa. The panel, “Communication in the New Normal: Communicating Effectively in a Multi-Generational/Multi-Modal Workforce,” featured Gorman, Meredith Carter, Kate Wilhelm and Hilary Saylor, as panelists. They discussed the challenges of having five different generations working together mixed with the added complexity of moving to a remote work environment. They also shared their experiences with successful communication, tips on how to learn from each other and appreciate what each generation brings to the table.
Gorman focuses her practice on public finance and all aspects of secured and unsecured financing, including construction and real estate loans, acquisition financing, health care financing and asset-based financing. She regularly represents clients as bond counsel and underwriter’s counsel related to tax-exempt financing for 501(c)(3) entities, governmental units and other entities. She also represents clients with respect to general business and real estate matters.
