PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Andrew K. Stutzman co-chaired and spoke at ACI’s 30 National Advanced Forum on Consumer Finance on July 16 and 17 in Chicago. The forum provided expert strategies for navigating class actions, litigation and government enforcement activity in consumer financial services. In addition to helping chair the conference and providing commentary on various litigation and regulatory trends involving the industry, Stutzman’s panel, “The Evolving FinTech Landscape: The Impetus for the Next Eruption in the Consumer Finance Class Actions and Enforcement Arena?” addressed the unique regulatory and compliance challenges facing companies that are new to the market and the potential impact for class action litigation.
Stutzman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer who founded the financial services litigation practice at Stradley Ronon. He resolves complex disputes through litigation, especially finance-related matters. Stutzman has tried civil cases of diverse subject matters in many state, federal and ADR courts throughout his career and assisted in the defense of government investigations and criminal proceedings.
