PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon is pleased to announce Partner Joseph J. McHale presented a webinar as a part of the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association Luncheon Lecture Series, which features prominent trial lawyers who share their knowledge on a specific topic or subject matter. The webinar, “Physical and Sexual Abuse Litigation in PA – From the Plaintiff and the Defendant,” featured McHale and Attorney Martin Rubenstein. McHale provided the defense perspective on defending physical and sexual abuse cases in Pennsylvania, including discussing proposed pending legislation that could revive previously barred sexual abuse claims.
McHale is the partner-in-charge of Stradley Ronon’s Malvern office and the leader of the firm’s products liability & mass tort defense and life sciences practice groups. His experience as a trial attorney involves representing human services agencies, pharmaceutical companies, manufacturers, pharmacists, physicians, nurses, hospitals, health systems, pharmacy benefits managers and businesses. His work varies from trials in federal and state courts to private arbitrations to appearances before state agencies. He is an experienced litigator who has tried close to 60 cases to verdict. McHale was an adjunct faculty member at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, where he has taught Pharmacy Law for over 20 years.
