Reperowitz participated as a panelist for the New York State Bar Association’s Confronting Bias; And Improving Skills In Cutting Edge Areas Conference, where she took part in the panel discussion titled “Cybersecurity – The Threats, The Issues, The Solutions,” on Feb. 6. In the program, Reperowitz and Paul Gupta, co-chairs of the Technology Committee of the Dispute Resolution Section of the New York State Bar Association, covered new challenges from AI-driven and other cybersecurity attacks. They also discussed how cybersecurity issues could be resolved through alternate dispute resolution (ADR).
Reperowitz has an active ADR practice and frequently serves as a mediator or arbitrator. She also is a nationally recognized bankruptcy and commercial litigation attorney and co-chair of the firm’s bankruptcy, workouts & creditors’ rights group. Reperowitz uses her experience as in-house and law firm counsel to provide clients with pragmatic, business-minded advice and representation in all aspects of bankruptcy, business restructuring and commercial litigation matters. She has represented clients in the financial services, healthcare, insurance, real estate, telecommunications, airline and general manufacturing sectors.
