CHICAGO — Stradley Ronon partner Mark Greer discussed key regulatory issues facing the exchange-traded fund (ETF) industry at the Exchange 2025 conference on March 23 in Las Vegas. The financial services conference features thought leaders on the latest in portfolio construction and product innovation.

Mark’s panel covered how significant changes in federal policy will directly impact ETF regulation, including ETF share classes, cryptocurrencies and the development of new asset classes. The panel also discussed potential new product developments and the impact of ongoing changes in Washington.
