As reported by Bloomberg, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission signaled potential approval for applications to offer dual share class products to investors, as the organization’s acting chair Mark Uyeda said in remarks to members of the asset management industry at the Investment Company Institute’s Investment Management Conference.

Bloomberg references a recent Stradley Ronon report in a discussion of the 50+ applications waiting to be granted exemptive relief.
