Stradley Ronon Partner Michael Mundt was quoted in a Wall Street Journal article detailing the SEC's denial of the first exchange-traded fund (ETF) that would track bitcoin. The article, "SEC Denies Winklevoss Application for a Bitcoin ETF," quoted Mundt as saying, "[t]he SEC is essentially saying that until significant bitcoin markets are regulated, the listing exchange really can’t address concerns about the potential for manipulative trading.”
