Purple was a panelist at the Investment Company Institute’s 2017 Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference session, “Surviving the Aftershocks: Fund Distribution After the DOL’s Seismic Fiduciary Rulemaking,” on March 14 in Palm Desert, California. Purple and co-panelists discussed the implications for fund distribution as the Department of Labor’s fiduciary rule continues to spur changes in the financial services industry.
