PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Steve Feinour participated in a panel discussion at the 2017 New York Stock Exchange ETF Regulatory Summit on April 6 in New York. Feinour’s panel, “SEC and Exchange Initiatives: What to Expect and How to Prepare,” discussed non-transparent active ETF initiatives, compliance with the exchanges’ newly adopted continued listing standards and custom baskets.
Feinour is a partner in Stradley Ronon’s investment management group and counsels investment companies and investment advisers in connection with various regulatory, compliance and transactional issues.
