PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Partner Sara P. Crovitz will speak at PLI’s Global Investment Funds 2018 CLE on Sept. 20 in New York. Crovitz’s panel, “EU/Offshore Regulatory Update,” will discuss MiFID II and how it will affect your firm, what to expect from Brexit, GDPR implementation in the EU and investing in the Asian market.
Before joining Stradley Ronon, Crovitz had more than 20 years of experience at the SEC. In her most recent position of Deputy Chief Counsel, Crovitz worked with a team of over 50 attorneys in issuing exemptive orders, no-action/interpretive letters, IM Guidance Updates and other written and oral guidance, including guidance related to MiFID II, clean shares and auditor independence. For many years, she also led the Division of Investment Management's international obligations including IOSCO and FSB work streams.
