PHILADELPHIA – Stradley Ronon Counsel
David F. Roeber was honored with the New Jersey State Bar Association
Pro Bono Award. The award recognizes a legal professional who has shown exemplary dedication to
pro bono work that has a significant impact on access to justice for underserved communities in New Jersey. Roeber was recognized for helping to form and launch the Volunteer UP Legal Clinic (formerly, the UrbanPromise Legal Clinic) in Camden, New Jersey. He previously served as the lead attorney for the clinic and provided legal support to many economically disadvantaged individuals in Camden and surrounding communities. Roeber continues to serve on the advisory board for the clinic.
Roeber primarily focuses his practice on counseling
registered investment companies, their independent trustees/directors, and
investment advisers in connection with a variety of regulatory and disclosure, compliance, transactional, and corporate governance matters. Roeber also serves as a member of Stradley Ronon’s pro bono committee.
