David W. Grim presented at the Mutual Fund Directors Forum 2020 Fund Governance and Regulatory Insights Conference on March 5 in Washington, D.C. Grim’s presentation, “Fund Director Duties and Responsibilities, a Refresh,” covered both the fundamentals of serving as a fund director and the key challenges facing directors in 2020.
