David Grim served as a panelist on the Voltaire Advisors webinar, “The Ex-SEC Speaks on Proposed Rule 2a-5,” on July 24. Grim joined former Directors of the SEC Division of Investment Management to comment on the SEC’s Fund Valuation Proposal. The group assessed the key implications of the proposals for the fund industry and gave their views on what the final rulemaking outcome might entail, and what to expect in the future.
Grim provides counsel on all aspects of
