Keith Dutill participated in the Investment Company Institute’s (ICI) Mutual Fund and Investment Management Conference on March 15. The Mutual Funds and Investment Management Conference offers attendees the opportunity to hear directly from regulators and other experts about how asset managers can navigate today’s changing landscape.
Dutill served as a panelist for the thought leadership session “Trends in Global Shareholder Litigation Affecting Mutual Funds,” which provided provide an essential overview of developments in the landscape of global shareholder litigation, from important cases and settlements to emerging jurisdictions.
Dutill is a trial lawyer with a national practice focused on high stakes
litigation, including securities fraud, investment management and intellectual property disputes. He has tried more than 50 cases to verdict or final award and has successfully defended both public and private companies in jury trials involving claims ranging from antitrust violations to theft of trade secrets. Dutill has substantial experience representing mutual fund complexes in securities-related litigation.
